SARS-C0V-2 has quickly caused a pandemic. The distribution of vaccines is presently underway in an effort to stop the viral transmission and fatalities, several vaccinations have been created decrease COVID virus disease, 2019, development vaccine-induced population immunity important global strategy. Review anti-spike protein receptor-binding domain (S-RBD) person's level immune response antibody strategy can be used assess SARS-CoV-2 infection 2019. Their efficacy, safety, immunogenicity various are not thoroughly understood. objective this study was evaluate adverse effects as well determine messenger ribonucleic acid (mRNA) BNT162b2 through production IgG neutralizing antibodies against s subunit. A total 41 vaccinated individuals with Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 vaccine, (10) non were included study. Measurements Neutralizing (Nab) levels CoV-IgG tested by fluorescence Immunochromatographic assay. Nab showed significant difference between its sera controls (p<0.05). This means majority immunization recipients ages 18 -50 years develop immunological SARS-Cov-2 vaccine.
